We've known Mary Bycholski for more than one decade, first as fellow students at the University of Connecticut and now as business owners of thriving medical aesthetics practices. We saw firsthand how productive Mary was in our Master's of Nursing program, having no difficulty multitasking, completing tasks, and staying motivated throughout the process. Upon graduation, Mary was one of the first students to obtain employment and began working as an advanced practice registered nurse. She encouraged both of us to pursue medical aesthetics, providing guidance at the onset of starting our business, a time not for the faint of heart! We've witnessed her navigate the changing landscape of aesthetics, remain vigilant to various standards and regulations, maintain professionalism, and, of utmost importance, focus on the safety and satisfaction of her clients' experiences. Seven years after encouraging us to pursue medical aesthetics, it should come as no surprise that both her and our practices are outperforming national benchmarks.
